The Editors:

  • Edgar H. Schein is the author of many books, most recently: Organizational Culture and Leadership -5th Edition, Humble Consulting, Humble Inquire, Helping, The Corporate Culture Survival Guide -2nd edition. A recipient of many academic awards, he is a Sloan Fellows Professor Emeritus from the MIT Sloan School of Management where he taught for many years.


  • Joichi Ogawa, J.D., has studied brief therapy at the MRI: Mental Research Institute, Palo Alto and the William Alanson White Institute, New York. He organized the Organizational Therapy Study Network meetings from which this book is derived.
